RESERVATION & PAYMENT :

  1. Reservations must be made using the provided online system. Customers are required to make booking and full payment online.
  2. Guests are required to pay a security deposit of RM100 per unit. It can be made in cash or via online transfer. Please provide the transaction slip as proof after payment is completed.
  3. A crossed-out identification card must be included, with the cross and name Rabenda Dream Homestay only, sent to 016 404 9485 via whatsapp for record.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND :

  1. Cancellations can only be made via email at icare@rabendavalley.com or via WhatsApp at 016-404 9485.
  2. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the check-in date, no refund will be given.
  3. If the cancellation is made 10 days before the check-in date, the guest will receive a full refund (100%) of the total amount.
  4. If the cancellation is made 7 days before the check-in date, the guest will receive a 70% refund of the total amount.
  5. If the cancellation is made 3 days before the check-in date, the guest will receive a 30% refund of the total amount.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES :

  1. Check-In Time     : 3:00 PM 
  2. Check-Out Time  : 12:00 PM
  3. Guests are required to inform the homestay  if they plan to Check-In/Check-Out outside the specified hours.
  4. A fee of RM10 will be charged for Check-Out after 12:00 PM.
  5. Check-Out after 5:00 PM will incur the full room rate.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :

  1. The security deposit will be refunded upon Check-Out if:
    1. There are no damages or lost items.
    2. There is no furniture rearrangement.
    3. There are no dirty dishes/cups left behind.
  2. The SECURITY DEPOSIT will be refunded to the guest within 24 hours , and can be paid via online, provided that the house is in good condition.

ACCOMMODATION RULES :

  1. NO SMOKING. A penalty of RM200 will be imposed for evidence of smoking within the accommodation.
  2. NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION ALLOWED ON RESORT PREMISES.
  3. NO PETS ALLOWED.
  4. Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings while staying on the premises. Any loss or damage to personal items is beyond our responsibility.
  5. Guests are responsible for the care of the property during their stay. Any damages must be reported to the resort management.
  6. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  7. Rabenda Dream Homestay management provides a parking area. Parking is limited to 2 cars per unit, for an inquiry, kindly call us at 016 404 9485, please ensure that you securely lock your vehicle. Negligence, damage, and theft are NOT the responsibility of the management.
  8. It is a serious offense for guests/visitors to bring firearms, flammable materials (indoors), fireworks, or explosives onto the premises.
  9. Guests/visitors should be aware of the potential presence of wild animals such as snakes, and venomous insects (centipedes, wasps, bees, etc.). The management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any medical expenses resulting from injuries. Please immediately notify the management if you encounter any animals that may pose a safety risk.
  10. The management reserves the right to impose a penalty fee for any damage or loss of property belonging to Rabenda Dream Homestay during the stay.
  11. Guest/visitors are not allowed to bring non-halal products (alcohol, pork, and others) onto our premises.
